Club End of Year Celebration and Officer Induction


**Rotary Club of Meriwether County Celebrates Service and Installs New Leadership at Annual Event**


On Tuesday, June 24, the Rotary Club of Meriwether County held its annual End-of-Year Celebration at Silo Grill in Gay, Georgia. The evening brought together members and guests to reflect on a successful year of community impact, recognize outstanding service, and welcome new leadership for the 2025–2026 Rotary year.

A highlight of the evening was the formal installation of the 2025–2026 officers by Area Governor Chunk Newman. The ceremony featured the Passing of the Gavel from outgoing President Dawn Woodard to incoming President Melissa Trujillo. In her remarks, Trujillo shared her vision for the upcoming year and expressed gratitude for the strong leadership foundation laid by Woodard.
